1. RESERVATION CONDITIONS
1.1. You can make a reservation for Hotel Famil in one of the following ways:
• write to us at e-mail:familbansko@gmail.com
• send an inquiry from the contact form on our website;
• call: +359885229676
• come to the hotel on site.
1.2. Once we have received and processed your request, we will contact you to confirm the availability of your accommodation.
1.3. You will receive a confirmation of your reservation by e-mail. It describes the type and number of rooms booked, the check-in and check-out dates, the number of adults and children specified in the booking request, the basis of the meal and the amount due.
1.4. At the hotel’s discretion, a security deposit of up to 50 (fifty) % of the total booking amount may be required prior to check-in. We expect payment from you within 3 (three) working days after sending our e-mail (unless another time limit is agreed between the parties). The balance of the total amount of your reservation is payable on the day of check-in. If you wish to cancel a booking for which a security deposit has been paid, the cancellation penalties described below in the cancellation policy will apply.
1.5. If a deposit is requested in advance, your reservation is valid but is considered finally CONFIRMED after the payment indicated for the specific request is made and confirmation of payment is received by e-mail.
1.6. In the event of non-payment within the time limit, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation.
2. CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
2.1. You can cancel a reservation you have made in one of the following ways:

• notify us via the contact form on our website.
2.2. In case of cancellation of a confirmed reservation up to 7 (seven) days prior to arrival, the client is not liable for a penalty, except in the case of reservations made under special holiday packages, in which the terms for reservations and cancellations are further described.
2.3. If you cancel your reservation 7 (seven), but not less than 3 (three) days before arrival, you will owe a penalty of 50 (fifty)% of the total amount paid as a deposit.
2.4. If the reservation is cancelled less than 72 (seventy-two) hours before check-in or in case of no-show on the day of check-in, the amount paid in advance for your reservation will not be refunded, and the reservation is considered canceled.
2.5. Hotel Family reserves the right to cancel a confirmed and paid reservation in case of force majeure and other reasons beyond the control of the hotelier.
In these cases, the hotelier:
• Offers the client accommodation for another period, while maintaining the same conditions and prices.
• Refunds the deposit paid by the client within 30 (thirty) days from the date of receipt of a written request for this from the tourist, without owing a penalty to the same.
3. ACCOMMODATION CONDITIONS
3.1. Check-in and check-out times:
• Check-in every day after 2:00 PM
• Check-out by 12:00 PM
3.2. In the event of late check-out, the first overdue hour shall be subject to a charge of 10 (ten) % of the value of the accommodation, the second overdue hour to 50 (fifty) % and the third hour or more to 100 (one hundred) %. Reservations are held until 24:00 on the day of arrival.
3.3. Pets are welcome at Hotel Famil.
3.4. Check-in at the hotel is done by presenting the guests’ identity documents. The data provided by you is protected in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and the regulations governing the protection of information and is processed only in connection with the implementation of the established requirements of the Tourism Act. Please familiarize yourself with the POLICY FOR THE PROTECTION OF THE PERSONAL DATA OF CIB Group Ltd. customers (section “Privacy Policy”).

5. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES
5.1 Hotel Family undertakes to provide the client with the services requested and paid for in full.
5.2.Hotel Famil undertakes not to change the price of the services requested by the client, except in exceptional cases where this is economically justified.
5.3.Hotel Famil is not liable for damages caused by the actions of third parties.
5.4. All claims related to the quality of the services paid for must be made by the customer on site at the hotel to remedy the deficiencies. The submission shall be made in writing. In the event that the claims are not satisfied, the customer should request a report from the responsible person. Within 3 (three) working days after its conclusion, the client will receive the official opinion on the problem from the hotel management.
5.5. Amounts for services requested but not used in full or in part due to the customer’s fault will not be refunded.
5.6. All prices announced on the hotel’s website as well as in the hotel’s e-mail messages sent to the client are in Bulgarian lev including VAT and tourist tax. In some cases, they may be linked to other offers, promotions and conditions. If you need any further information about our offerings, our team is available.
5.7. The cost of additional services is not automatically calculated in the final price and must be paid separately at the hotel.
5.8. The hotel is not responsible for lost, forgotten or stolen items from the rooms, stored outside the personal safe in the rooms, restaurants or spa, as well as for damage caused by third parties.
5.9. The Customer accepts the responsibility to observe the generally accepted norms of good conduct during his/her stay at the Hotel. All costs for material damages caused to the hotel are the responsibility of the customer.
5.10. Smoking is not allowed in the rooms, with Hotel Famil following the provisions of national law. Therefore, in case of non-compliance, the hotel reserves the right to charge, without prior notice, a fee of 150.00 BGN.
5.11. Clients using the services of the hotel must be adults according to Bulgarian law /over 18 (eighteen) years of age/. Children are admitted only if accompanied by their parents or other legal representatives. Customers are obliged not to leave their children unattended on the premises of Hotel Famil.
5.12. Hotel Famil reserves the right to change the information on this page and the Terms and Conditions at any time. Although every effort is made to provide true and accurate information, this cannot always be guaranteed.
5.13. When a customer makes a reservation, he/she is deemed to have read and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. Reservations accepted by phone, email or through our website are considered as a contractual relationship. The payment made is considered as acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions of Stay.
5.14. In all disputes and legal matters not covered by these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy and arising in connection with the use of the www.famil-bansko.com website, the mandatory provisions of law in the Republic of Bulgaria shall apply.
